From AVC, IN2 and ORH we have established a large knowledge network to previously detect unconscious biases thanks to the collaboration of:

  • Advisory Board:: 12 professionals experts in Human Resources and Training, Jurisprudence, Ethics and Philosophy, Mathematics and Computational Language, Diversity Management, Employment Policies, New Technologies, etc.
  • Academic partner: we count on the University of Navarra, through Datai -Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence- to establish the Policies and elaborate a White Paper with recommendations to use AI in the area of Human Resources.
  • Training itinerary aimed at HR departments and career counselors.
  • Space for disseminating best practices and raising awareness to promote ethics and transparency in AI development.

Marisa Cruzado, CEO de CVA

Dircom with over 25 years of experience in strategic communication, institutional communication, internal communication, copywriter and audiovisual production. Specialized in economic information, she obtained Blanco Loizelier Journalism Award. She shares her knowledge through training courses and spokesperson to companies, private individuals, and institutions. Founder of the Communication Agency CVA, the ORHIT Project, and the SFS Awards -Flexible and Sustainable Healthy Company- for Spain and Latin America which contributes to economic and social transformation.

José Domínguez, socio de Martínez-Echevarría Abogados

Lawyer with extensive experience leading projects at European level in two areas: "Data Protection, new technologies, and intellectual property" and "Distribution Law and Franchises". Specialist in other fields such as E-commerce, TIC, and Intellectual Property. For over 20 years he worked at one of the world's most prestigious professional service firms: EY Lawyers (previously Ernst & Young). He is also an expert in creating, organizing and managing efficient and profitable legal departments and teams.

José Luis Fernández, director of USO Studies Office

Specialized in Astrophysics. He combines his position at Union Sindical Obrera (USO) with the directorship of the Boards of Directors of the Spanish Confederation of Senior Organizations and the National Commission for the Rationalization of Spanish Schedules. He is also a member of the Thin Board of Independent Foundation and the Monitoring Committee of the Social Security Reserve Fund. For 20 years he held the position of Secretary General of USO Teaching Federation.

Yolanda Gutiérrez, partner at Eversheds Sutherland

Graduated in Mathematics, she has developed her career for over 30 years within the field of HR Consulting, advising national and multinational companies on People Management from Accenture, Towers Watson, and PWC as well as EverSheds. She has led projects in multiple sectors such as Technology, Banking and Insurance, Construction, Engineering, and Telecommunications etc. Teaching by devotion, she shares her knowledge at universities and business schools like in People Analytics program and HR Master's Degree at UDIMA-CEF.

Olga Herrero, Corporate Training and Development Consultant

Graduated in Psychology and Pedagogy, she works as a consultant specialized in training and e-learning for companies. Founder of Grupo Enseñanza y Aprendizaje 2.0 through which she designs and implements training solutions to numerous universities, business schools, and both public sector entities -RTVE, EAPC, Hospital Clínic, Terrassa City Council among others- and private sector entities -Babel, Grupo SM, Veritas, and Design Training for example-. She is also an author of didactic materials on Equality matters.

Jesús R. Mercader, Professor at Carlos III University in Madrid

Director of Master's Degree in Civil Liability and Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention at UC3M.Co-director of IUDEC and Counsel of the Labor Area at Uría Menéndez. He has authored over 400 articles related to Labor Law and Social Security. His research lines are currently focused on the impact of digitization and robotization processes on work. He has also served as a Lawyer at the Constitutional Court and Secretary General of UC3M.

Javier Moscoso, Research Professor at CSIC

PhD in Philosophy with special interest in the cultural history of the body and human passions, he gives lectures all around the world. He has been a researcher and visiting professor at Harvard, Chicago, Sorbonne of Paris, and Max Planck Institute for History of Science in Berlin. He is author of publications in specialized journals and books such as Cultural History of Pain, awarded in its French edition -Les Prairies Ordinaires- with Libr'à nous prize for best book of the year in history category. Ana Belén Muñoz, Associate Professor at Carlos III University of Madrid

Deputy Director of the Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention at UC3M, she has conducted research at Harvard, Oxford, and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as teaching across Europe. She investigates European projects such as European H2020, Eusocialcit, and The Future of European Social Citizenship, where she studies technology and computer control in companies. She is a member of the Study Commission on Labor Repercussions of Algorithms at the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy to develop the corporate duty of algorithmic transparency.

Ambrosio Nguema, LLM Engineer

Telecommunications engineer with experience in companies such as Banco Santander, Indra, Jazztel, and Inditex. He is a trainer in Machine Learning and Deep Learning and develops mathematical models and advanced statistical methods that bring chatbots to life. In addition to his passion for AI and Big Data world, he has more than 10 years' experience in Data Science which aims to bring it closer to the public specifically young people through his book "Data Science for Teenagers". Maite Sáenz, ORH Director

Journalist specialized in management and specifically in people management within organizations. In 2006 she founded ORH where she reflects her way understanding company-employee relationships. She has launched research projects like SFS - Flexible and Sustainable Healthy Awards –, FIAD -Ibero- American Forum for Innovation & Development – and HRBP Learning among others. She participates as a jury member in various awards programs related to HR such as Top Employers Spain, Merco and Generation and Talent.

Ana Valera, profesional independiente especializada en People Analytics

Con más de 15 años de experiencia como asesora de empresas y entidades desarrolladoras de software de Recursos Humanos. Es pionera en la creación de los primeros departamentos de People Analyticis: hasta mayo de 2020, desempeñó el cargo de People Analytics manager en Securitas Direct; anteriormente participó, desde el Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento, en proyectos para compañías como Grupo Santander, Correos, Indra, Repsol y BBVA. Apasionada de la docencia, colabora con reconocidas entidades educativas (UAM, UOC, Nebrija, UNED, The Valley…) y es ponente habitual en eventos nacionales e internacionales de RR. HH.

Félix Villar, partner at IN2

Computer engineer with over 30 years' experience in the technology field. As a partner at IN2, he leads innovative projects related to the Public, Social, and Health sectors. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences in Spain and LATAM focused on digital transformation in the public services sector and is a member of both the Board of Directors of Cluster Health Tech and the Advisory Council of IDIS Foundation, contributing his experience in digital transformation processes.

Nataly Buslón, Scientific Researcher

Doctor in Sociology, she is a Consultant in AI and UN Women. She works on the social impact of AI: gender equality, diversity and inclusion in science, particularly the identification of biases in AI. She has been a researcher for the European Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, the BBVA Foundation, the National Agency for Research and Innovation and the Ministry of Social Development of Uruguay. She is a member of OWSD, A+ Alliance and Ambassador of the International Congress "Women in Data Science" at Stanford University in Spain.
